Tracey Soghrati’s signature teaching style offers students an intimate exploration of the intersection between mind, breath and body. The practice will begin by unifying the breath with a drumbeat, then moving the body with the breath while focusing on strength and integration. As we move into the second portion of the class, students will examine the process of connecting to their personal meaning and purpose on a daily basis. This journey relies on self-examination and the capacity to focus and see ourselves clearly, to live mindfully, and connect deeply to our own values.
