What is Yoga?
Yoga is a practice rooted in ancient Eastern tradition. The yoga asanas transform the body, making it stronger and more resilient.
Yoga is an energetic practice. It aims to move the chi/prana more efficiently and productively. The postures stimulate the meridian/nadi system in the subtle body, so that optimal energetic function is restored.
Yoga is a philosophy. The ancient texts of yoga guide us through the practice of self-inquiry. Self-inquiry allows us to understand ourselves, so that we can then understand others.
Yoga is a way to train the mind. The discipline of a daily practice focuses the mind through the magic of repetition.
